Position Overview

We are hiring a Spray Tan Specialist to join our Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks) team. This role focuses on delivering consistent spray tan applications, supporting client education, and providing an excellent in-studio customer experience.

No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Perform airbrush spray tanning services
• Deliver natural, customized results for each client
• Educate clients on aftercare and basic skincare routines
• Recommend goGLOW products and memberships when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour base pay
• Tips (typically $15–$25/hour additional earning potential)
• 10% commission on product sales

Schedule

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
• Shift assignments will be mostly the same each week, but occasionally some schedule flexibility may be requested
