Position Overview
We are hiring a Spray Tan Specialist to join our Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks) team. This role focuses on delivering consistent spray tan applications, supporting client education, and providing an excellent in-studio customer experience.
No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Perform airbrush spray tanning services
- Deliver natural, customized results for each client
- Educate clients on aftercare and basic skincare routines
- Recommend goGLOW products and memberships when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour base pay
- Tips (typically $15–$25/hour additional earning potential)
- 10% commission on product sales

Schedule
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Shift assignments will be mostly the same each week, but occasionally some schedule flexibility may be requested
